Why did Stephen Curry and wife Ayesha renew their wedding vows

Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry are two school lovebirds who ended up tying the knot in 2011. While both of them are highly successful in their own fields, their love and bond are pretty visible on the NBA court. The Hollywood actress is often found supporting her husband on the sidelines with her entire family.

But in September 2021, Stephen Curry and his wife took the ultimate step to perhaps even involving all of their 3 kids in their marriage ceremony. In an Instagram post shared by Ayesha, the 3-Point King surprised her with a vow renewal ceremony, featuring all of their kids being the official witnesses of the event.

Why did they do this? To be precise – a vow renewal ceremony refers to a married couple reaffirming their commitment to each other. That is just what this power couple did as Ayesha captioned her post, “will never forget.”

A vow renewal ceremony is generally done to bring the concerned couple even closer to one another. That was just the case here. Hopefully Stephen and Ayesha’s relationship continues to bring joy to both of them. Safe to say, the most important thing in a relationship is happiness and this renewal ceremony has only got Ayesha and Stephen Curry closer to each other more than ever.

They are one of those power couple in modern-day NBA who the fans have learned to love over the period of time. As many might be aware, during the 2022 All-Star Game in Cleveland, Stephen Curry and Ayesha were massively booed until the Golden State Warriors marquee turned the ‘most cruel’ crowd in support of him.
