Russell Westbrook has averaged 15.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 6.1 assists in 8 games this season. His numbers improved massively after he started leading the second unit of the Lakers.
The Lakers need to fix some flaws and they could seriously become a very good team. LeBron James hasn’t found his form yet and once he gets going this team could be special. Anthony Davis has also played well so far but the Lakers need to include him more in their offensive setups, especially in the second half of the game.
Whether or not Westbrook will get traded to another team is still a question but the former MVP has found some serious form at the best possible moment in his career.
