In this throwback video, Shaq proves again that he is a fair competitor. Shaq paid off a friendly wager with Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade by growing out his hair and displaying his incredible hairline.
The look is so eccentric and hilarious that at first glance nobody will recognize that it is the great Shaquille O’Neal. The hairline seriously changed the whole look of Shaq and the look is not what we regularly see or expect of Shaq.
In 2020, four-time NBA champion Shaq showed off his new hairdo during a pregame show on TNT’s famous ‘Inside the NBA.’ The crazy hairdo display was done by Shaq before the Boston Celtics played host to the Brooklyn Nets.
Notably, Wade and Shaq had bet on the Milwaukee Bucks-Miami Heat game from the night before, which the Heat won at home. Shaq lost the bet as the Heat won in the end.
After losing the bet to D Wade, Shaq decided to play fair and revealed his infamous hairline.

Shaquille O’Neal gets thrown into a Christmas tree
The above incident of revealing a crazy hairline is not the first time where Shaq was involved in hilarious antics. Time and again, Shaq and the crew of ‘Inside the NBA’ prank each other.
Recently, Inside the NBA’s another host, Kenny Smith pushed Shaquille O’Neal into a Christmas tree on live TV.
Kenny and Shaq have a tradition where they race each other on-air. The sprint race ends when one of them touches the video board at the end of TNT’s set.
In this particular case, Kenny and Smith started their race during the half-time of LA Lakers vs. Cavaliers. However, the race ended with a twist as Kenny decided to play unfairly.
As both of them (Kenny and Shaq) raced, Kenny Smith pushed 7-foot-1 Shaq into a Christmas tree halfway though the race.
After Shaq went flying into the Christmas tree, only his two large shoes were visible to the camera. Moreover, Shaq was talking from inside the tree and was laughing along with his colleagues on the goof-up.
Following the incident, there was a laughing riot on the set.
