LeBron James lying meme: Twitter’s research towards NBA star James’ innocent falsehoods
Along with the LA Lakers’ troubles, LeBron James has suddenly become popular due to a new lying meme thread he created. James paid his tribute following the untimely death of rapper Takeoff of the rap group Migos, but the fans noticed something.
Before the Lakers’ matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers a week ago, James paid homage to the well-known rapper. The Migos rapper previously sported an outfit that the 18-time All-Star wore.
He was questioned about his relationship with Takeoff at the pre-game interview. However, everyone was shocked by his response. “I was listening to those guys my 1st year with the Heat in 2010. They had no idea what a Migos was. They were cursing me out when I would play it in the locker room. I was like ‘These guys are next, I’m letting you know right now,” James said.

Fans subsequently began to notice the contradictions in James’ account of the Migos. The rap group’s debut mixtape, Juug Season, was released in 2011, even though the future Hall of Famer claimed to have been listening to them in 2010.
The four-time MVP is infamous for telling a falsehood that goes back to his early NBA career. Everyone was astounded by Kobe Bryant’s 81-point performance and how amazing it was. The LA Lakers icon, on the other hand, predicted in an interview that he would score 70 points. “Before the game even started, I said he was probably gon’ score 70 tonight. I don’t know what made me say that… When he got to 70, I was like, ‘Well, he might as well go for 8,'” James said.
Although it’s unclear from James’ narrative whether he was telling the truth during the interview regarding the Black Mamba, it doesn’t seem plausible. The All-Star forward’s latest meme, the LeBron Lying meme, was inspired by the interview and used it as its model.
