The uncertainty around the Brooklyn Nets involving both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving hasn’t come to a solution yet.
The situation in Brooklyn regarding both Kevin Durant, and Kyrie Irving is not coming to a solution anytime soon. Both of them are looking to leave the team, but the franchise doesn’t want them to go.
Due to this, Stephen A Smith has cast his doubts over the Nets. After the schedule of the new NBA season was released, Stephen A said, he won’t be sold on Brooklyn until they figure out their mess.
Stephen A said, “If Kyrie Wants to Be One of Those Dudes That’s Getting 200 Plus Million Like a Bradley Bea, Like a Zach Lavine, He’s Got to Show Up This Year and Kevin Durant’s Got Four Years Guaranteed Without a Doubt if I’m Joe Tsai He Ain’t Going Any Damn Place He’s Staying Right Here.”
He added, “You Can Leave the Legs the Last Three I’ll Send You Wherever You Want to Go but You’re Gonna Give Me This Because With Those Three Brooklyn Is a Legitimate Top Four Title Contender as Far as I’m Concerned but When I See Them Play Together Then I Believe It Until Then I’m Certainly Not Giving Them the Benefit of the Doubt They Haven’t Earned It You’ll Believe It When You See It.”
He knows that the Nets have a championship-caliber team, but until they don’t figure out the situation, nobody can trust them despite the talent on their roster.
