The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes and other wrestlers react to Texas School Shooting
Many wrestling stars and Jordynne Grace, and WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes have reacted to the terrible news of the Texas School Shooting.
It has been reported that an 18- year old a a gunman walked into the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas and Killed at least 19 children and two adults. Several others suffered severe injury as well.
This shooting was the deadliest one at a U.S elementary school since a gunman killed 20 children and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, in 2012.
These are the several reactions from Cody Rhodes and other wrestlers.
Terrible. Children lost. Senseless, tragic, & avoidable. Whether it’s love, blood donations, charitable items, just people helping other people is what we need. Love and CHANGE. If your instinct is to dive into political discourse or defend gun rights…truly maddening and sad.
77% of mass shooters obtained their guns legally. People coming out of the woodworks to spew their pro-gun propaganda right now – and it’s CRAZY to see.
Uvalde my heart aches for you. When will these senseless acts of violence stop? School is supposed to be a safe place for children to learn and to play. All my love to those affected by this horrific nightmare.
How many more children have to die? How many before you realize? This is not ok? Something’s got to change.
We are the only country where kids go to school & could wind up shot.
This is an urgent crisis, not something that can leisurely be looked at in the future. It is disgusting that we as a nation can not universally see this as something that needs to be changed immediately.
I’m sad and I’m praying for those in need.
KIDS SHOULD BE SAFE AT SCHOOL!
More precious lives lost. Praying for change. Something has got to give
Texas.
I want to cry and puke all at once. At least 14 kids and a teacher went to school today for the last time because some POS with a gun targeted them. I have no words. These poor families. Those poor babies. I’m sick.
We shouldn’t have to worry about our children’s safety like this. Enough is enough. When will this end? I’m so sick for the families affected by this tragedy.
People get irritated when I post “love somebody today”. “Why do you keep posting that?” Because obviously this world needs it more than ever. So please, I beg you: Love somebody today.
Wow, Can’t believe I’m even reading this.. wtf is wrong with people, this is so disturbing and so devastating. Prayers to all the families and everyone involved.
I appreciate all the love and support today… thank you everyone but give all of that to Texas rn… it’s hard but I’ll be alright.. a few scrapes and scratches in the grand scheme of things…. others are dealing with much much worse
I can’t imagine how parents feel sending their kids to school in America. It’s terrifying.
