Alex Stein and MoDeen were involved in a fight in which Stein threw a hot dog at MoDeen. The controversy is lightning up among the community.

Who is Alex Stein?

Alex Stein, an American right-wing YouTube personality, gained notoriety for disrupting local government meetings and confronting politicians. He hosts “Prime Time with Alex Stein” on Glenn Beck’s Blaze Media network. Born to Kelly and Rhett Stein, he grew up in Dallas, Texas, and attended Highland Park High School before pursuing higher education at LSU.

Stein’s career began with food challenge videos on YouTube in 2011. In 2012, he appeared on the reality TV show “The Glass House” and later joined Season 4 of “Worst Cooks in America.” During the COVID-19 pandemic, Stein became known for virtually disrupting local government meetings, rapping about various topics, including vaccines and the Russo-Ukrainian War. These pranks drew attention, allowing him to spread misinformation and conspiracy theories on larger right-wing platforms.

In June 2022, Stein escalated his confrontations, targeting politicians like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Rep. Dan Crenshaw. He was involved in canceled events and controversial incidents, including a confrontation with Brittney Griner at an airport.

In July 2023, Stein was scheduled for a professional boxing debut against Iraqi YouTuber Mo Deen, but the match was canceled after a controversial press conference involving throwing hot dogs.

Apart from his media presence, Stein was also a candidate for the Board of Trustees of the Highland Park Independent School District in Texas.

Who is MoDeen?

Mo Deen is a content creator who films videos featuring himself, often alongside high-profile celebrities, without their consent. Claiming to be famous worldwide, he gained popularity on TikTok due to his videos where he follows famous individuals. One such incident involved WWE icon John Cena, who seemed visibly frustrated with Deen’s unsolicited filming.

Deen later confronted Cena again, insisting that their initial interaction had made him famous. However, he has also been seen attempting to provoke YouTubers in other videos.

On Instagram, Mo Deen boasts nearly 40,000 followers and identifies himself as a “public figure.” He manages multiple TikTok accounts, though two have been banned without clear reasons. With almost 40,000 YouTube subscribers, he shares a variety of videos, including live streams and encounters with celebrities and the public.

His channel also showcases him in different scenarios, such as travel vlogs and recorded speeches. Deen has appeared on podcasts, discussing his views and thoughts with fellow YouTube content creators.

Why was their boxing match canceled?

Alex Stein, a YouTuber representing The Happy Punch Promo in the Misfits Boxing match, caused controversy by throwing hot dogs at Mo Deen, a Muslim TikToker. Initially perceived as pork, they were later revealed to be “turkey dogs.”

The act was widely criticized, leading to Alex’s expulsion from the event. Keemstar, who owns The Happy Punch Promo, clarified on Twitter that the hot dogs were made from turkey, not pork. Despite this, the jocular remark sparked outrage online and among attendees at the press conference.
