Why was Jay Johnson charged by the police?

As a result of an unexpected turn of events, renowned actor Jay Johnson, known for his work on hit series like “Bob’s Burgers” and “Arrested Development,” has himself embroiled in legal issues. According to court records, Johnston has been accused by the Department of Justice for allegedly taking part in the incident at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.

Johnson was arrested in California on Wednesday, and according to NBC News, he is now facing accusations of felony obstruction of officers during civil disorder as well as other misdemeanor offences. This news comes after the FBI earlier this year circulated a picture of Johnston among the Capitol rioters in an effort to learn more about his identify.

Shockingly, Johnston was captured alongside other rioters as they seized a stolen Capitol Police riot shield, utilizing it to form a “shield wall” and confront the line of officers.
