Marvel recently announced the next Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 movie at the Comic-Con. Will it be the last of the franchise?
The Marvel Cinematic Universe recently come alive at the Comic-Con in San Diego when Kevin Feige announced phases 5 and 6 of MCU which also included the latest Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3.
James Gunn confirmed that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 will be the last standalone entry for those characters. However, Gunn did tell the audience that “Some stories have an end, doesn’t mean everyone dies.”
The Comic-Con was treated with a preview clip that reportedly features baby Rocket Raccoon as well as the news that Chukwudi Iwuji and Maria Bakalova have joined the cast. The movie is set to arrive on May 5th, 2023. Marvel has now unveiled that Bakalova (Borat Subsequent Moviefilm) will play a space dog named Cosmo, while Iwuji will play the High Evolutionary.
Recently a trailer of the Guardians of Galaxy Vol.3 was screened exclusively for the Comic-Con crowd but did not drop online for the fans at home.
One of the fans took to Twitter and expressed his wish to have experienced the Guardians trailer at home and also attacked an image of sad Baby Groot.

Gunn did respond to the tweet and stated that he also wished to have shown it to the fans as well. However, it needed a bit of VFX work which resulted in this.

Marvel Studios debuted the trailers for She-Hulk Attorney at Law and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever at the convention and online as well.
