Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown made this homeless man the chef in his mansion.
It’s no secret that Antonio Brown has had his share of beefs with a variety of organizations over the course of his career. The prolific wide receiver used to be considered one of the greatest players in the history of the sport. As a result of that, at one point in time, he had the title of the wide receiver in the league with the highest salary. In spite of his explosive behavior on the field, he has a really charming existence away from the field.
A former drug addict was employed by Antonio Brown while he was still playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers a few years ago. At the time, Brown was a wide receiver for the team. That individual had given up all hope in his life, but like Brown, he was able to recover and give his life meaning once more.
Nicholas Hasapoglou was the name of the individual in question. It is common knowledge that he goes by the name Chef Niko. Niko was extremely important in Brown the Wide Receiver’s household during the period that he worked for Brown as a chef. He was in charge of ensuring that Brown received all of the necessary nutrients in his diet in order for him to perform at his very best.
Niko put in approximately twelve hours of work for Antonio Brown each day, according to a source. Not so long ago, Niko was living in Long Island, New York. When he started using illegal substances, he was just 15 years old. During that time, he experimented with a wide variety of different substances. Niko stated this in response to a question about it: “I believed it was nice to get stoned every day, to get drunk every day, and to do harder drugs.”
Niko’s life, however, did not begin to have any significance until much later. Working with a celebrity chef like Brown is not an easy task due to his current level of fame as a chef. Niko reflected on his life and shared his story of how he was able to overcome adversity, saying, “I want people to know that they have to fight because everything is possible.”
Niko and Antonio Brown parted ways in 2016
Niko did not be Antonio Brown’s personal chef for very long due to time constraints. In the same year that he was employed, 2016, Brown dismissed him from his position. TMZ claims that the separation between Brown and Niko was particularly nasty. As per the report, Brown had also stabbed his personal cook with a fork.
Following the breakup, Niko expressed his confusion, saying, “I thought he was my friend, but I guess that’s not the case.” When Niko worked at that location, they were frequently in the same vicinity. Because of it, the split in their relationship came as a bit of a shock.
A great deal has transpired in the life of the former Steelers receiver since Niko and Brown severed their relationship. He has stepped away from playing in the National Football League in order to pursue a career in the rap music industry. Brown has, despite everything that’s happened, found a way to be in the public eye at all times.
