Seattle Seahawks WR DK Metcalf claimed his whole contract situation was very stressful, and he is glad that it is over now.

Seattle Seahawks star WR DK Metcalf has finally got his new contract. It was a lengthy negotiation period, but the Seahawks have been able to convince Metcalf in signing this new contract.

There was a strong possibility that DK Metcalf would demand a trade if he failed to get what he wanted, and as a result, the Seahawks fans are happy that he will be staying with them.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN: Seahawks’ WR DK Metcalf is signing a three-year, $72 million extension that includes $58.2 million guaranteed, per source. Deal includes $30 million signing bonus, the highest ever for a WR. Metcalf will be a free agent again at 27 years old.

DK was relieved after getting the contract. He claimed his whole contract situation was very stressful, and he is glad that it is over now. He said, “It was a stressful process, but glad that it’s over now.”
