Dak Prescott wants to make a statement in the game against the Philadelphia Eagles which is a huge game for them.
The previous week, Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys were on the receiving end of a lot of criticism after suffering an embarrassing defeat at the hands of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
They are going to play the Philadelphia Eagles this week, and it is going to be a very important game. Because Jalen Hurts is unlikely to participate in this game, the Cowboys will have a significant advantage as a result. Additionally, Dak Prescott expects his squad to show up against the Eagles and to make a statement with their performance.
Speaking about the game with the Eagles, Dak Prescott said, “If anything, it’s about making a statement to ourselves, it’s about, as you look at the season, we’ve had some games where we played really well and some games where we bit ourselves in the foot and had some games where we didn’t and we lost.”
He added, “So yeah, this is about putting our best foot forward, putting our best effort out there and proving it to ourselves in all three phases that we’re a hell of a team and we can go get it done against one of the best teams in the league whether they’re in our division or not.”
Although it is quite unlikely that the Cowboys will win their division, they have already ensured their spot in the playoffs, and a victory over the Eagles would mean a great deal to them.
