Lamar Jackson’s performance in Week 2 surely was a lesson for millions of young souls seeking to inherit Quarterback traits. With the Baltimore Ravens, losing out in the latter minutes of the fourth quarter, Kevin Durant surely couldn’t his eyes – witnessing the legendary of Lamar on the field.

Fans would be aware that the Brooklyn Nets marquee and former NBA MVP – Durant has been an avid follower of football. He has been spotted plenty of times, watching the fast-paced, physical showdown from the side-lines. So, when he has such interest, Durant could not hold himself back from highlighting the legendary of Lamar Jackson against the Dolphins in Week 2. 

During the Dolphins vs Ravens game, KD praised Lamar Jackson, claiming that the QB has gone to another level. Having played at a different level in the inaugural week as well, Jackson just went onto display because he deserves the highest number to back his offensive caliber as well.

Given that this was Baltimore Ravens’ home opener in the 2022-23 NFL Season, Lamar Jackson had several plays where he got the entire home crowd to their feet. And Kevin Durant was no different.

Jackson set the record for the most 100-yard rushing games by a Quarterback with 11, surpassing Falcons icon Michael Vick. He did so in the most emphatic manner, with just 38 seconds left in the third quarter and his team pinned at their own 21-yard line, Lamar Jackson took matters in his own hand. He ran up the middle or a 79-yard TouchDown, which was also the longest of his career. 

That being said, he also had 9 carries for 119 yards. Lastly, Lamar Jackson now has 3 games with at least 3 passing TDs and more than 100 rushing yards, being the most by any players in the Super Bowl era. Just showcases the underrated GOAT caliber of this elite talent.
