If one talks about odds – New Orleans Saints, Dennis Allen had a 98.7% chance to beat Tom Brady in Week 13 after Quarterback Andy Dalton completed a short right pass to running back Mark Ingram on 2nd and eight for seven yards.

Having completed stopped the Bucs’ offense in the first three quarters, Dennis Allen’s team were paving their way to an unexpected victory until Tom Bray entered the ‘GOAT’ mode in the fourth quarter. In the final three minutes, Tamp Bay went onto register two TouchDowns, winning the contest 17-16 on Monday Night.

“When you don’t convert, you always look back and say you should have done something different,” Dennis Allen said in a postgame press conference. “But if we convert there, we’re not talking about it. It makes it tough. I felt like we had an opportunity to win this game. We didn’t finish. We didn’t get it done.”

The key drops are outside of his control, just as they were late in the loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Could a change spark thing to life? Maybe, but it doesn’t appear that will be the case unless Allen’s tune changes throughout the bye week. But for now, Allen’s team will only be remembered for being on the receiving end of Brady’s heroics.
