Atlanta Falcons might face a very big difficulty in trying to land Deshaun Watson

The Atlanta Falcons want Deshaun Watson but getting him won’t be easy for them because of the large contract of their current quarterback Matt Ryan.

Matt Ryan

If they trade Matt Ryan they will be facing $40m + in dead money which will not be easy for them to handle and can cause serious trouble for the franchise.

This gives a major advantage to other teams who are pursuing Deshaun as they can easily trade for him without worrying about their salary cap and this could turn out to be a big issue for the Atlanta Falcons in the long run.
