Derrick Henry might just have ended the Green Bay Packers’ hopes of making a comeback in the 2022-23 season. Having beaten Aaron Rodgers’ unit 27-17, his performance was a perfect Thanksgiving plate stuffed with a little of everything on the table.
With Packers looking feisty early on, Henry generated 87 rushing yards and a TouchDown on 28 carries. The Tennessee Titans running back caught two passes for 45 yards, including a massive 42-yard screen after the Green Bay Packers had pulled within a score in a third quarter.
Derrick Henry also added two passes, including a 3-yard jump pass to a wide-open Austin Hooper for an emphatic TouchDown.

In leading his team, Derrick Henry became the first running back in the 2022-23 NFL Season to pass the 1,000-yard barrier.

To add to his impressive tally of accolades, Henry became the fifth player in NFL history with 10-plus rush TouchDowns in five consecutive seasons.
