Stephen A Smith has a bold prediction in store for the Cincinnati Bengals led by quarterback Joe Burrow.
The Cincinnati Bengals shocked everyone last season when they went on to win the AFC and play the Super Bowl. They were close to winning the Super Bowl as well, but the Rams pulled away with a close win.
A new season is very close, and expectations are fairly high for Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals. However, not many people think that the Bengals will be able to repeat their heroics of last season.
One of them is Stephen A Smith. On his return to First Take, Stephen A Smith was asked if the Bengals can go to another super bowl. He clearly denied that and gave reasoning for it.
Stephen A Smith said, “I Think They’re Going to the Playoffs. I Think Joe Burrow Is the Real Deal and Ja’Marr Chase Is the Real Deal and Give Them Credit Where Credit Is Due but They’re the Cincinnati Bengals. Not One Season Will Convince Me the Years of Ineptitude Has Been Eradicated. They Renamed Their Stadium and It’s No Longer Mike Brown Stadium and All This Stuff. I Forgot the Name of It.“
Stephen A Smith thinks the Chiefs and the Bills can stop the Cincinnati Bengals
Stephen A Smith further talked about how it is unlikely for the Bengals to go to another Super Bowl. He highlighted the fact that the powerhouses in the AFC wouldn’t let them do it.
Stephen A added, “Joe Burrow Is the Real Deal and Ja’Marr Chase Can Ball, They Have Good Personnel. They’ll Win Games and Get to the Playoffs Because Are They Going to the Super Bowl? I think the Kansas City Chiefs, I Think the Buffalo Bills, Those Two Teams Stand Out in My Mind as Somebody That Will Have I Don’t Think the Bengals Are Going Back to the Super Bowl.”
