To those who are not aware, Jericho cut a promo seeking an opponent for his Ring of Honor World Championship title. In the process, he was listing names until he reached out to Lamar Jackson. To be price the former was keen on stating that he would ‘whip Lamar Jackson’s *ss.’
While this drama was going on, Lamar Jackson even witnessed Chris Jericho face his other opponent for his Ring of Honor title, Colt Cabana. While Jericho retained his title easily, thing would have been different if he was locking horns against Lamar Jackson, being at his most brutal.
How has the 2022-23 season been for Lamar Jackson so far?
Lamar Jackson’s Baltimore Ravens have dropped some very close encounters in the first eight weeks of the 2022-23 regular season. Being 5-3, Jackson has been the lone wolf for his team, on numerous occasions, wherein he has single handedly inspired them despite all odds.
Although Chris Jericho has won many championships throughout his career, Jackson is seeking and chasing his first in the NFL. Moreover, this season is different for the free agent.
