To talk about the performance of Joe Burrow – he completed 22-of-33 passes for 263 yards along with a TouchDown. However, his efforts could not come to full use as the Los Angeles Rams inched past the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 at SoFi Stadium. With thousands of fans watching the action, Burrow confessed to Colin Cowherd that he didn’t experience nerves during that game.

What’s even more interesting? As per Bloomberg – the average Super Bowl ticket costed more than $7k, which was the most expensive in Super Bowl history. One has to acknowledge that these ticket prices and corporate boxes filled with celebrities played a part in a tamer atmosphere, it wouldn’t be something that the NFL would be pleased to know.

Joe Burrow makes candid confession about the Super Bowl atmosphere

While talking to Colin Cowherd on his podcast, Burrow stated, “It felt like a dinner party and we were the entertainment…because, you come off a road game in Kansas City, a road game in Tennesse. Then your first home win in the playoffs in 30 something years. And then you go to the Super Bowl and it’s more corporate.

“It just took a second to get used to it. It didn’t feel like a playoff football game. It was a weird feeling at the beginning for sure.”
