While many feel that these distractions off-the-field could affect the 45-year-old’s mindset while the 2022-23 season gets hectic, sports media analyst, Jeff Saturday believes that Tom Brady is surely going to be unbothered when he steps foot on Sunday for his Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In a discussion over the same topic, Jeff Saturday stated on ESPN’s Get Up, “ZERO! It will not affect him affect him even a little bit. Listen I appreciate him (Tom Brady) being honest and open about his life and all the things which are coming in….whatever that is….there was a long statement.

Jeff Saturday confident on Tom Brady putting his ‘ON-FIELD’ life first amid dramatic family drama

“The reality is that, Brady understands that when he hits the field that he needs to take this (Tampa Bay Bucs) football team to the level he wanted to. The distractions that people talk about – like you know – film study. But when he walks in the field, it all goes away. He is so dialled in….he understands what needs to happen. For the preparation part, he could become more efficient, if he thinks it is necessary.”

While things have unravelled well for Tom Brady with Tampa Bay in his previous two seasons (winning the Super Bowl in first season and reaching Divisional Round in the next season). However, this hardcore dedication even in his 40s has resulted in Brady having marriage troubles with wife, Gisele Bundchen, who is surely upset about her husband’s decision to unretired.

That being said, Brady did not address the situation/head-on, but emphasized upon the struggles he is facing to maintain professional and personal life. To those who are not aware, Tom and Gisele share three children of 9-, 14- and 19-year-old. On one hand, where retirement would have allowed Brady to spend some quality time with his family, he surely has the thirst to clinch more Super Bowls, which will not let him be side-lined for the time being. Will we witness more twists and turns in this family drama? Let’s hope we at least the 45-year-old legend in action on Sunday.
