Known as Mr. Irrelevant, because he was the last pick of the 2022 NFL draft, Purdy will get his chance to feature opposite the 7xSuper Bowl Champ in the coming week.

Talking about the individual performance of Purdy when he was told to step out on the field for Jimmy – the rookie completed 25 out of 37 passes for 210 yards with two touchdown passes and one interception.
Moreover, Purdy averaged only 5.7 yards per attempt, yet he kept the offense moving with dump-offs to running back Christian McCaffrey and short high-percentage passes to wide receivers Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.
On the other hand, Brady’s men seemed to have caught the pace of the 2022-23 season until they faced Cleveland Brown.
