In a hard-fought battle between two of most talented QBs in NFL – Joe Burrow and Patrick Mahomes, it was the former who secured a win for his team in the business end of the regular season, on Sunday. With Bengals winning 27-24 against an in-form Chiefs, they have firmly cemented their seat in second place in the AFC North division.
Being a rematch of the AFC Championship Game from last season, the build up to this game was immense. So, when the same team emerged victorious, cornerback Mike Hilton could not help but reveal his true feeling upon Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs, as per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network.
“They did a lot of talking all week. But we’re 3-0 in the same year against them,” shared Hilton. “I got a lot I can say, but 3-0 in the same calendar year tells the story. We’ll probably see them again in the playoffs, and they know they gotta play us.”
