Jalen Hurts’ Philadelphia Eagles are seeming to be unstoppable and unbeatable in the 2022-23 regular season. This, being the breakout out year for Hurts has stretched his team’s winning streak to eight games after they beat Houston Texans 29-17 in their Week 8 contest at the NRG Stadium.

While many were expecting the Eagles to register a blowout win for the Eagles, this contest was much closer than what everybody expected. In the spoken off encounter, Jalen Hurts notched 21 of his 27 passes for 243 yards and two TouchDowns. This made sports media personality – Skip Bayless admire him in his latest tweet, deeming him to be his favorite and top MVP pick.

Bayless wrote in his tweet, “You can have Josh Allen. My MVP so far is Jalen Hurts, who makes it very difficult for this lifelong, diehard Cowboy fan to hate the Eagles.”

Bayless has been giving shocking takes throughout his career, and this pick on a direct rival’s QB is no different. Given that the 70-year-old analyst is a Dallas Cowboys fan, his love for Jalen Hurts is not ending anytime soon, especially after the Eagles are 8-0.

As stated above, now sitting at 8-0 and inching closer to the NFC East title, Jalen hurts and his Philadelphia Eagles are in prime position to make it to the playoffs for the second year running. On Thursday night, helped by two Davis Mills interceptions, Philadelphia Eagles did just enough to continue its winning streak.
