Tua Tagovailoa’s concussion woes surely determined how the NFL and its players has been handling its marquee stars and athletes who work, day-in and day-out in the most vicious and physical league. After being banged on his head, Tua was allowed and sent on the field yet again to represent his team. Situation became even worse, when a week later Tagovailoa received a brutal blow yet again.

This caused the players, the union, the coaches, the management, the top hierarchy to be upset about how the situation was poorly handled. As a result of which, the NFLPA dismissed the UNC on the first day of October, two days after Tagovailoa suffered a concussion against Joe Burrow’s Cincinnati Bengals. The NFLPA believed the UNC failed to understand the protocols and his role, and demonstrated hostility and unprofessionalism toward the investigation.

Now to those who are not aware – UNCs are contract employees jointly appointed by the NFL and NFLPA. This does not mean lifelong employment, each side has the right to dismiss one, but doing so is unprecedented. On the same note, the league and its top authorities were upset that the NFLPA created the impression of medical wrongdoing before the NFL-NFLPA joint investigation had been completed.

When will Tua Tagovailoa play next for Miami Dolphins?

It comes to be known that Tua Tagovailoa has cleared his concussion protocol and is all set to return to game-action for Miami Dolphins in their next week encounter against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
