This week they have lost to a team whose several marquee players have been placed on the IR and were in fact being led by the former #1 pick, who was waived off by the Carolina Panthers.

“It’s tough. There’s really cool stories and cool moments for some guys. I’m sure Baker will have that moment for the rest of his life,” Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr said, as per US News, as he couldn’t sink of what had just happened in the game on Thursday. “It’s frustrating, but it’s not something that we are talking about like, ‘Hey, this is a big opportunity,’ because of this.”
To precisely talk about Carr’s stats against the Rams – the 31-year-old QB was 11 of 20 for 137 yards and two interceptions. His 36.9 passer rating was the lowest of his nine-year career.
