Patrick Mahomes is ready to kickstart a new era for the Kansas City Chiefs after the departure of star wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins.

The Kansas City Chiefs who are always among the favorites to win the Super Bowl every season will have a new look to their offense in the upcoming season following the departure of their star wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins via trade.

However, they still have Patrick Mahomes as their quarterback, and as long as they have him throwing the football they are in good hands.

Mahomes since his debut season in the NFL where he became a starter for this team has led this Chiefs team to 4 straight AFC Championship Games with 2 trips to the Super Bowl also while they also won in 2019 against San Francisco 49ers.

Tyreek Hill was a major part of this Chiefs offense and replacing him will take time as there is nobody in the NFL who can play like Tyreek and bring fear to the opposition.

Patrick Mahomes talked about the plans of the team for the upcoming season and said, “This is definitely going to be a transition year where we try to figure out how we’re going to have success with this team, it’s gonna be different than the teams that we’ve had,”

“I think it changed this last year more than I think it will change this year,” – Patrick Mahomes on the Chiefs’ offense

Patrick Mahomes believes that the changes that the team had to go through last season due to the complete replacement of their offensive line was a tougher challenge than it will be this year with a new core of receivers.
