Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes named this defensive back to be the toughest to play against in the NFL.

Patrick Mahomes is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. In his short career so far, he has achieved some success. He has been to the AFC Championship game every season since he became a starter for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Moreover, he has had two Super Bowl appearances and has won one Super Bowl as well. Mahomes is on track to become an all-time great.

Recently, Patrick Mahomes, along with Josh Allen, faced off against Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers in a golf match. Prior to that, all four quarterbacks were asked about the toughest DB that they have faced in their career so far.

Mahomes’ answer wasn’t as surprising as that he chose Jalen Ramsey, the cornerback of the Los Angeles Rams. Ramsey is coming off of winning a Super Bowl last season and is arguably the best CB in the game right now. Unsurprisingly, Mahomes, who is arguably the best QB in the NFL, thinks that Jalen Ramsey is the real deal.

The Chiefs don’t have the services of Tyreek Hill anymore. As a result, it will be a challenging season for Patrick Mahomes to lead their offense without his former WR1. Even though the Chiefs have made some good acquisitions through free agency and the draft, it will take time for them to adjust to a new system.

However, with what we have seen from Patrick Mahomes so far in his career, he’ll be able to get used to life without Tyreek pretty quickly. He is coming off a disappointing performance in the second half of the AFC Championship game against the Bengals, and he would love to hit the ground running next season.
