Home » Sports News » “The Bucs will still win the NFC South”: Skip Bayless isn’t concerned about Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers following their loss to the Ravens

Did Tom Brady commit the worst mistake of his life by un-retiring? The way this 2022-23 season is unfolding, it surely seems so. With Tampa Bay Buccaneers locking horns against the Baltimore Ravens in their Week 8 showdown, the former team once again was thrashed as they have now lost 4 out of their five previous games.

The Ravens rallied Thursday night for a 27-22 win over Tom Brady, wherein Lamar Jackson threw for 238 yards and couple of second-half TouchDowns. This is the first time since the 2002 season that Brady is on a 3-game skid. The last time around was a first-year full time starter for the Patriots at that time.

Even then his follower and analyst – Skip Bayless feels that Tom Brady and the Bucs are going to win the NFC South division as other teams are failing to capitalize on the chance clinching the numero uno spot in the division.

“We just didn’t play well enough to win,” said Brady, who avoided going a second straight game without a touchdown pass by tossing an 8-yarder to Julio Jones in the final minute, as per CTVNews.

Lamar Jackson, who considers Tom Brady as the GOAT, defeated the 7xSuper Bowl Champ for just the second time in his career. Lamar Jackson finished 27 of 38 passes without an interception, including TouchDown throws of 5 yards to Kenyon Drake and 10 yards to Isaiah.

That being said, the Bucs, Tom Brady are nowhere near their best and are struggling to maintain the same pace throughout the four quarters. Will this team be making a ravishing move to improve their offensive prowess? Or has Tom Brady spoilt his married life, only to witness himself being humiliated in the 2022-23 regular season? Remains to be seen.
