Despite Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 3-5 tally, they are just one win away from securing their top spot in the NFC South division. Trailing behind Atlanta Falcons (4-4), Tom Brady’s men could reach the numero uno rank if they are able to beat the Los Angeles Rams in the upcoming context.
Having to always end up on the losing side since Tom Brady has come to Tampa Bay, Ryan Clark firmly believes that these loses can be used as a source of motivation by the 2020 Super Bowl Champs to bounce back to winning ways.
Moreover, the former player turned analyst claimed how this can very well be the turning point for Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2022-23 season. Not only that he has full confidence that despite the current offensive and defensive lapses showcased game-after-game, Bucs are going to win the NFC South division over Falcons and Saints.
Ryan said on the latest episode of ESPN’s Get Up, “The problem is they haven’t done to this point. And so, at this point, this hasn’t looked like any team that’s assembled, a Tom Brady team throughout the last 23 years, much less the last two years of Tampa Bay. This is huge week against the Los Angeles Rams.
“I think the LA Rams beating them last year and winning the Super Bowl will help this team be focused and thinking about how to get better this week and get this one win….and I think that this Tampa Bay Buccaneers team will win the NFC South.”
This just isn’t a big for the entire Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but for Tom Brady on an individual level as well. The 45-year-old veteran Quarterback is just 164 yards away from reaching the 100,000-yard mark. Although he leads the tally, but a mark of same figure is just going to be embedded in gold for centuries and generations to come. To just put everyone on the same page – Drew Brees is second in the list with 85,724 passing yards. It’s a milestone that no player has ever reached in the league.
