Von Miller plays a huge role in where the Buffalo Bills might actually finish in the 2022-23 NFL Season. Having suffered from a torn meniscus, the star edge rusher has now provided a potential return date to the football field, which will please the football fans in Buffalo.
On his weekly podcast, Miller gave an update about his current health status and how he is currently handling being sidelined during the business end of the regular season.
“I did get hurt. The news is not the best of news, but it is definitely not the worst of news. It’s kind of like in the middle. I didn’t tear my ACL, that was the huge part of it. But I do have some lateral meniscus damage and it’s going to have to be addressed”, said Miller, as per ClutchPoints.
Talking about how Von Miller has performed, he has been a true force for the Buffalo Bills on the defensive end. The 33-year-old veteran has appeared in 11 games for his team so far, wherein he has registered 21 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 12 QB hits against his name. Along with 8 sacks too.
Von Miller added, “I do feel like I can play through that. Just going to wait a little bit, let the swelling go down for about seven to ten days, and you know, hopefully, right before the Jets game, I will be back”.
So far, in Miller’s absence there have been several players who have stepped up for the Bills, but being 8-3 after the end of Week 12, this team would be keen on getting their edge rusher as early as possible.
