Jake Paul didn’t shy away from revealing that 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel once texted his girlfriend.
Deebo Samuel was in the news during the offseason leading up to this season, primarily because of continuing contract negotiations with the San Francisco 49ers. Both parties agreed after a protracted procedure, and Samuel will remain in San Francisco.
Despite this, the productive wide receiver was in the spotlight for another reason. This time, he’s in the news for reasons other than football. A video recently surfaced in which YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul was seen going through the DMs that his girlfriend, Julia Rose, had received.
Jake Paul further talked about how NBA and NFL players are usually seen hitting the DMs of various girls on social media. Talking about it, Jake Paul said, “NFL and NBA Players are in every f*ckin ones DMs, and they have no game, they are like, ‘Hey’, like they just think that the girls are gonna see their blue check and just be like ‘Oh my god a football player’…
Jake Paul discovered among those DMs that a football player had also hit on her. Deebo Samuel was the caller. Jake Paul appeared to be unaware of Samuel’s identity. However, the folks around them were well aware of the young NFL sensation.
In the future, the prolific 49ers WR will avoid situations like this because he has a strong brand and stuff like this could tarnish it. After an upsetting loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship Game, Deebo Samuel and the 49ers will look to bounce back strong next season.
