NFL Star Rob Gronkowski Appears in Camille Kostek’s LA PORTE Swimwear Launch

Rob Gronkowski appeared in girlfriend Camille Kostek’s swimwear campaign for LA PORTE, marking his first major fashion industry move since retiring from the NFL. The brand shared the promotional video on Instagram June 10, showing Kostek modeling swimsuits while Gronkowski wore swim shorts in the background.

The four-time Super Bowl champion’s involvement goes beyond typical boyfriend support. Gronkowski brings his massive NFL fanbase to Kostek’s fashion venture, creating crossover appeal that most swimwear brands can’t access. His Fox Sports platform and social media presence expand their reach beyond traditional fashion audiences.

Kostek’s LA PORTE collaboration features her Spring/Summer 2024 Capsule Collection with pieces like the Kendall Triangle Bikini Top, Kourtney Tie Side Bottom, and 80’s Sky High One Piece. The collection runs sizes S-XXL, following Kostek’s “everybody is a beach body” philosophy.

They’re launching with a NYC Pop-Up from June 13-15 at 21 Spring Street in SoHo. The first 20 people get VIP gift bags, and the event includes food, skincare samples, and coffee from The Elk. It’s a full lifestyle experience, not just a product launch.

This isn’t Kostek’s only 2025 business move. She’s partnered with Sally Hansen and Durex while appearing at Miami Swim Week alongside Alix Earle and Olympian Ilona Maher. Her nine Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoots over eight years established her fashion credibility before launching her own line.

The couple met in 2013 when Kostek was a Patriots cheerleader and Gronkowski was catching passes from Tom Brady. Their relationship survived his 2019 retirement, brief comeback with Tampa Bay, and second retirement in 2022. They recently shared a story about Gronkowski flipping their snowmobile in Utah during a Sports Illustrated party.

Gronkowski’s fashion debut represents the evolution of athlete branding. Former players increasingly leverage their fame for ventures outside sports. His transition from NFL analyst to fashion collaborator shows how retired athletes can expand their earning potential through strategic partnerships.

The timing works for both. Kostek’s modeling career provides fashion industry connections while Gronkowski’s NFL reputation brings mainstream attention. Their combined social media following creates a built-in customer base for the swimwear line.

Athletes like Gronkowski traditionally endorsed existing brands. Now they’re creating their own. This shift reflects changing consumer preferences and social media marketing opportunities that didn’t exist during earlier generations of retired players.

Their LA PORTE partnership demonstrates how modern athlete couples can build business empires together. Gronkowski’s football success provides the platform while Kostek’s fashion expertise drives the product development. The combination creates a unique market position in the competitive swimwear industry.

This venture positions them as lifestyle influencers rather than just a retired football player and model, expanding their brand beyond sports into fashion entrepreneurship.
