Tyreek Hill, on his podcast, talked about the Kansas City Chiefs and claimed that Tua is better than Patrick Mahomes in certain aspects.
Tyreek Hill on the first episode of his new podcast talked about his former team and former quarterback Patrick Mahomes. He was quite critical of the Kansas City Chiefs and claimed that they underutilized him.
Moreover, he also put his new quarterback Tua Tagovoiola ahead of Patrick Mahomes in terms of throw accuracy. This was a very surprising statement considering everyone knows that Tua doesn’t even belong to the category of quarterbacks like Mahomes.
Patrick Mahomes responded to Tyreek’s comments and claimed that he was left very surprised with what his former WR had to say on his podcast. He further claimed that maybe Tyreek said those things to hype up his new podcast.
Recently, Tyreek Hill has revealed that he has received multiple threats on his every social media account after he was critical of the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes.
The second episode of “It Needed To Be Said,” was released on Tuesday. On it, Tyreek said, “On every social media account I own, I got death threats on.”
Tyreek Hill discussed the backlash he faced on social media after his comments on the podcast
Tyreek Hill further talked about the kind of backlash that he faced from the people on social media platforms after the comments he made about the Kansas City Chiefs, and Patrick Mahomes on his podcast.
Hill said, “I just feel like a lot of people overreacted for no reason. They really didn’t see what I said. A lot of people are just acting off emotion,”
He added, “We all know Patrick Mahomes is great. We know that. But, right now, I’m going into a new season with a new quarterback who’s trying to head in the same direction as Patrick and do great things and lead this team to a Super Bowl championship — who is also great, in my opinion. He just doesn’t have the accolades — of yet. I believe in him.”
Hill claims Mahomes is the best quarterback in the league
Following his comments last time around, where he undermined Mahomes, this time around he complimented his former quarterback. He believes that Patrick Mahomes is the best quarterback in the league.
Talking about Mahomes, Hill said, “arguably one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Top two, and he’s not two.” It clearly signified that Hill still has the utmost respect for his brother and former quarterback.
Tyreek Hill claimed that a move to Miami was best for his family. He doesn’t mind the criticism thrown at him, but Hill doesn’t want any of it directed toward his family.
Tyreek Hill said, “If anyone wants to give me heat for doing what’s best for me and my family, go ahead and give me heat, baby … you can all talk trash to me all day, yada, yada, death threat to Mr. Cheetah. Whatever you want to say to Mr. Cheetah, you can do that, but please man, keep my family off-limits. That’s all I ask,”
Hopefully Tyreek Hill we be able to achieve his goals in Miami, and prove to the world that he is an elite wide receiver without Patrick Mahomes also.
