What happened to Myles Garrett at Pro Bowl?

Published by

All you need to know about what happened to Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett during the Pro Bowl 2023.

According to reports from NFL Media, Cleveland Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett may have sustained a dislocated toe while participating in the Pro Bowl Games on Sunday. After Garrett left the field in obvious pain, X-rays were taken of him, and the results came back negative.

Before he suffered the injuries, Garrett had competed in the gridiron gauntlet skills challenge. Before that, he was healthy. Garrett is coming off of a season in which he had 16 sacks for the second year in a row, earning him a spot in the Pro Bowl for the fourth time in his career. In his 81 career games played during the regular season, the player who was once selected first overall has recorded 74.5 sacks.

This year, the National Football League (NFL) changed the format of the Pro Bowl by doing away with the conventional game. Eight skills competitions and three flag football games will take place between the National Football Conference and the American Football Conference as part of the Pro Bowl Games instead of a regular football game.

The Cleveland Browns place a high value on Garrett, and as a result, they will be praying that the injury he sustained is not severe. Given the length of the summer, we can only hope that Garrett will be able to make a full recovery in time for organized team activities and training camp for the next season.
