“Why don’t they let him run it earlier in games?”- Skip Bayless criticizes the Buccaneers for not using Tom Brady effectively

Skip Bayless wasn’t happy with how the Tampa Bay Buccaneers allowed Tom Brady to play against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were able to maintain their chances of making the playoffs by squeezing out another victory. They staged a comeback and won the game against the Arizona Cardinals by kicking a field goal that proved to be the difference in overtime.

Even after suffering this defeat, the Buccaneers continue to hold the top spot in the NFC South. However, Tom Brady did not have a great game, and the Buccaneers’ offense appeared to be performing poorly once again. The fact that the Buccaneers are not playing to Tom Brady’s strengths, as stated by Skip Bayless, is a major cause for concern.

After the game, Skip Bayless said, “What saved the Bucs was they FINALLY WENT NO HUDDLE AS I KEEP SAYING THEY SHOULD. It started when they fell behind 16-6 and led to 16-16. Brady just said, “It’s been pretty good for us all year.” So why don’t they let him run it earlier in games???”

There is no doubt that the Buccaneers have played extremely well in the fourth quarter when Tom Brady is calling the plays. The same thing happened against the Cardinals and Bayless wants Brady to do the same thing throughout the entire games going forward.

The Bucs are still in a great position to win the NFC South and if they win their next game against the Carolina Panthers, then they will be crowned as the division champs and will likely face the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC Wildcard Game.
