Deshaun Watson was treated unpleasantly by the Jacksonville Jaguars fans on his Cleveland Browns debut in the preseason.
New Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson made his debut for the franchise in the preseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Even though Watson played a few snaps only in the game, it gave enough time for the Jaguars fans to give him a proper welcome on his return to the field.
He was treated with a chant saying “you sick fu*k”, as none of the fans haven’t forgiven or forgotten what Watson was accused of by multiple women.
Watson had tormented the Jaguars franchise when he was playing for the Houston Texans, as they were part of the same franchise. As a result, the hatred between the Jaguars fanbase and Deshaun Watson runs much deeper.
Deshaun Watson is currently suspended for six games, but that suspension is bound to be extended by the league. The NFL is looking to hand in Watson a suspension of at least a year, and it could be announced soon.
The Cleveland Browns are in a tough situation because if Watson gets suspended for the entire season, then it will be a huge waste for all the talent that is on their franchise. Parting ways with Baker Mayfield will look more stupid if Watson gets a lengthy suspension.
