Novak Djokovic attempts keepy-ups with PSG duo Neymar and Verratti in Monaco

Tennis icon Novak Djokovic recently caught up with football stars Neymar and Marco Verratti in Monaco.

Novak Djokovic is a man of many talents. The 20-time Grand Slam winner recently flaunted his football skills after meeting up with Paris Saint-Germain stars Neymar and Marco Verratti in Monaco. The PSG stars were in town to watch the tennis action at the Masters 1000 in Monte Carlo.

The Men’s Singles World No.1 was spotted in Monte Carlo with the two footballers and spent some time showing off his dribbling skills with a giant tennis ball as well as he steps up his preparation amid a return to tennis action. The first Masters 1000 of the clay swing will only be Djokovic’s second tournament of the 2022 season, and he faces Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in his opening match.

Djokovic took a break from his preparation for the Masters 1000 and spent some time with high-profile stars Neymar and Marco Verratti in Monaco on Monday. The Serbian also played a bit of football with the two PSG players and had a quick game of keepy-ups with them as well with a huge tennis ball.

Djokovic did manage a few dribbles but eventually couldn’t keep up with the football stars’ skills as he miskicked a ball into the audience. The entertaining tennis star then drew his shirt on his face and accepted defeat in the game of keepy-ups against Neymar and Verratti. Novak Djokovic will now soon turn his attention to tennis once again after a two-month break. He was previously ruled out of the Austrlian Open this year due to his anti-vax status on the COVID-19 vaccination.
