Obi-Wan Kenobi may not return for another season on Disney Plus, but that doesn’t rule out more Star Wars content coming our way – for instance, Moses Ingram as Reva could feature in another season!

Deborah Chow, showrunner for this series, says it was never intended to run for multiple seasons and therefore leaves open the option of an additional installment.

Ewan McGregor

Deborah Chow, showrunner for Obi-Wan Kenobi has not ruled out a second season; actor Ewan McGregor has expressed enthusiasm at returning as Kenobi.

Vivien Lyra Blair, who played Princess Leia as a young girl in Season One, has expressed interest in returning as young Leia in Season Two. This would make her a perfect fit for a second season which could focus on Leia’s time on Alderaan. In Season One Moses Ingram played Reva Sevander while Jimmy Smits portrayed Bail Organa; Simone Kessell represented Breha Organa while Bonnie Piesse performed her duties.

Hayden Christensen

After defeating Darth Vader in Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith, Obi-Wan Kenobi retreated to Tatooine and kept an eye on young Luke Skywalker while keeping tabs on Imperial Inquisitors who were on an anti-Jedi mission after Order 66 was implemented.

Season one of this show explored Obi-Wan’s self-imposed exile and battle against Anakin’s Force ghost. A second season could explore their dynamic more closely.

Although no official announcement has been made yet, director Deborah Chow has reignited hope that there could be another season. Ewan McGregor has indicated his interest in returning for another installment.

The first season premiered in 2022 to positive reviews from critics; Ewan McGregor played Obi-Wan Kenobi alongside Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader; with other talented actors such as Moses Ingram, Vivien Lyra Blair and Kumail Nanjiani filling in roles like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader as well as Moses Ingram Moses Ingram Kumail Nanjiani among others playing roles within it.

McGregor has been very enthusiastic about a potential second season, as have other cast members. Moses Ingram made an excellent first impression as Reva Sevander and could stay if there is another installment of The Leftovers.

Moses Ingram

Since Disney Plus unveiled its first season of Obi-Wan Kenobi, fans have been eagerly awaiting any confirmation about whether there will be a second. Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy has not completely disproved of a continuation; she has only hinted at its possibility.

The first season of this series focused on how Kenobi managed to remain a Jedi Knight even during his years of seclusion. A second season could explore his skills and ideals in spite of galactic oppression.

Moses Ingram’s Reva made an indelible mark in this initial run, so it would be devastating for her character to die at the conclusion. Perhaps we will get glimpses of her again through flashbacks later.
