Good news for all the One Piece fans! We have all the details about the One Piece Odyssey game that is going to release soon.

A turn-based role-playing game based on Monkey D. Luffy and The Straw Hat Pirates, One Piece Odyssey lets players navigate open areas and dungeons outside of combat. In order to traverse, collect items, and solve puzzles, each playable character has its own ability based on their powers.

As soon as an enemy is engaged, the game switches to the battle screen, where the characters can control their actions through menu commands. As part of the combat system, players can choose how their party members are positioned between the various areas to counter their opponents. This system uses “Scramble Area Battles” to divide battles into several areas.

During some battles, a random element titled “Dramatic Scene” forces the player into inconvenient situations, which play to the characters’ personalities, such as Sanji being unable to attack because of women surrounding him, and overcoming them reaps greater rewards as a result. The party members get experience points after each combat and level up after enough points are gathered, similar to previous games in the genre. Story of the game

The series creator Eiichiro Oda will be serving as an advisor and it was revealed that One Piece Odyssey will be a completely original story unlike anything previously seen in manga or anime. After the Thousand Sunny is destroyed, the gang is left stranded and separated on a mysterious island, and Luffy is missing his straw hat.

In the game’s overarching narrative, the Straw Hats will be reunited and try to escape the island, but the trip won’t be without challenges. There aren’t too many story details available right now, but more will be revealed through new trailers.

There will be three postcards depicting images from the series included in the collector’s edition of the game, along with a figurine of Luffy and Lim. It also suggests that Odyssey will explore earlier episodes of the main series, starring Vivi, who appears to be a well-known One Piece character.
