Paul Heyman seems set to feature in a video that sees Rob Van Dam entering into the WWE Hall of Fame

The WWE Hall of Fame could get a little extreme after the latest hint from Paul Heyman.

The Advocate, as Heyman is now called, is also the manager of Roman Reigns. He has also managed big names such as CM Punk and Brock Lesnar.

However, his initial claim to fame was the success of ECW. Extreme Championship Wrestling had some of the rowdiest stars that took part in, well, a lot of hardcore matches.

When the company shut down a lot of the stars came over to WWE and some of them are proper legends of the business.

Tommy Dreamer, Sabu and Sandman are just some of them. However, one big name that changed the business is Rob Van Dam.

RVD is known for his unique move set and he is one of two men to have won the ECW, TNA and WWE titles.

While RVD hasn’t featured much in WWE in recent years, he still is one of the greatest ever and Heyman had worked with him in the ECW days.

Heyman posted a picture of RVD’s signature pose and suggested that he could be joining the WWE Hall of Fame.

Rob Van Dam also open to WWE Hall of Fame induction

While RVD is a pretty laid back guy and does his business at his own pace, he seems pretty keen on being inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Rumours had been circulating about him being the next in line after Kane, The Great Khali, Molly Holly and Eric Bischoff were named in the class of 2021.

This year’s ceremony will also celebrate the 2020 Hall of Fame inductees since last year. Batista was expected to be in the Hall of Fame this year but he backed down since he had other commitments.

However, WWE confirmed that they would include him in a future Hall of Fame class.
