The Pokemon Go team has officially updated about the upcoming Lunar New Year 2023 Event on their website. Trainers will be able to catch more Pokemon from Wild, Raids, and Eggs. Bunnelby and Buneary will spawn in the wild region throughout this Lunar new year event in Pokemon Go. Along with these two, many other Pokemon will be seen often in the wild region. Trainers can catch new Pokemon in their bags, as the lunar new year event in Pokemon Go will unleash many Pokemon. You can encounter various Pokemon in Raids, Wild, and from the field research tasks.
The Lunar New Year Event in Pokemon Go will begin on January 19, 2023, and will be available till January 23, 2023. During this mega event, trainers will get an opportunity to encounter and catch new Pokemon. There are 1-star Raids, 3-star Raids, and 5-star Raids. And there’s an exclusive Avatar item and you can get it by purchasing it from the in-game shop. Event Bonuses and Lucky Wishes are the other major additions to Lunar New Year Event 2023. Pokemon Go Lunar New Year Event 2023 – Date & Time
The Lunar New Year event date for 2023 has been officially confirmed by the makers. The Lunar New Year Event 2023 will start on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. and will end on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time. The event will be available for 4 days.
Once the event goes live, trainers will get access to all the new raids and wild encounters in Pokemon Go. More updates about the Lunar event 2023 will be out soon from the makers. But as of now many updates for the trainers are out, and many new Pokemon along with their shiny form will be available to encounter in the wild region.

There are 3 different paths for this event and this is free for all Pokemon Go trainers. Get your exclusive reward from one among hatching Eggs, the increased duration of Daily Adventure Incense, or collecting Stardust. You will get a lucky egg along with other bounties. Also, you can encounter these Pokemon for this event.
