Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Paldea Region
A land with more than a hundred lakes, mountains, and even wastelands, the Paldea region is home to a variety of people and Pokemon. There are Pokemon living in trees, rivers, and wilderness areas throughout the land. You will find either Naranja Academy or Uva Academy in Mesagoza, the largest city in Paldea. If you purchased the game’s version, you will find Naranja Academy here.
Pokedex in Scarlet and Violet works as an application on your Rotom Phone, allowing you to view a map of the Paldea region and locate yourself. You will also find information about nearby towns, Pokemon Centers, and wild Pokemon on the app.
Paldea Terastel
A phenomenon called Paldea Terastel Phenomenon is found in the region of Paldea, making Pokemon sparkle and glisten like gems. In Tera Raid Battles, you and two friends can work together to take down a Terastallized wild Pokemon.
A Pokemon’s body glistens when it Terastallizes, thanks to a Tera Jewel above its head. All Pokemon in Paldea can Terastallize to gain special powers, and Terastallization can be used to improve battle strategies by boosting the power of moves of the same type as your Pokemon’s Tera Type.
Numerous combinations of Pokemon and Tera Forms are possible because to the 18 different types of terastallization. A Pokemon can be Terastallized once every combat, and the change lasts till the end of the match. You’ll need a Tera Orb for this, which must be recharged after each usage. Charge it at a Pokemon Center or by interacting with crystals that are dripping with Terastal energy.
Tera Raid Battles
You will be able to join Tera Raid Battles by finding other players in the Tera Raid Battle option. Here, you can recruit allies or join someone else’s raid. To take part in Tera Raid Battles with your friends, a Link Code must be set. The battle system includes a time restriction and enables you to go on attacking without stopping while other Trainers decide how to react.
What is the Poke Portal
The Poke Portal is used for trading and battling with other Trainers. In the Poke Portal, you can trade with a specific Trainer by using a Link Trade. A Surprise Trade allows you to trade with another trainer anywhere in the world once you have chosen a Pokemon to trade. Link Battle allows you to battle another Pokemon Trainer in the Poke Portal. Additionally, you can adventure with up to three friends in the same area thanks to the new Union Circle feature that was added to the Poke Portal.
Legendary Pokemon
You will encounter a Legendary Pokemon—either Koraidon or Miraidon – who joins you on the journey. Koraidon and Miraidon are legendary Pokemon full of mystery and power that is unmatched by any other Pokemon. These Pokemon have the power to adjust their forms to more effectively suit their activities or the environment they are in.
Sprinting Build / Drive Mode
It can be quite challenging to travel through Paldea on foot. You’ll be able to traverse Paldea more freely and at full speed, if you learn how to ride Sprinting Build Koraidon or Drive Mode Miraidon.
Swimming Build / Aquatic Mode
By riding Swimming Build Koraidon or Aquatic Mode Miraidon, you can cross perilous waters in a snap or approach the Pokémon that live in rivers, lakes, and vibrant oceans.
Gliding Build / Glide Mode
The Paldean skies offer a variety of choices when choosing what to do, and you can also enjoy views that can only be seen from the Paldean skies, such as leaping from mountains, towering cliffs, or tall buildings.
