Here is everything you should know about the upcoming Pokemon Unite March Update. Duraladon is finally here!
Duraladon is finally here for Pokémon UNITE, with the game’s newest playable Pokémon arriving on March 15, accompanying the 1.4.1.7 gameplay update. This update not only adds Duraladon, but it also includes an achievement system and is the first significant gameplay update in some months that isn’t a patch.
Slow Smoke was nerfed after dominating the Battle Item meta in most cases over the last many months, and a total of 14 Pokémon have gotten some type of balancing change or gameplay upgrade. Most changes were made to Hoopa and Trevanant, which were much required for the Grass/Ghost-type Defender, which was failing to find usefulness among many players. Meanwhile, Cramorant players were caught off guard by a minor nerf, while Greedent and Lucario received some much-needed updates.

Guard Swap
Changed to “Creates a link between the user and the Pokémon this move hits, swapping the user’s Defense and Sp. Def stats with those of the linked Pokémon. If the linked Pokémon is an opposing Pokémon, this move deals damage over time to it and decreases its movement speed while also increasing the user’s movement speed. If the linked Pokémon is an ally Pokémon, this move increases the movement speed of that Pokémon and the user. These effects will persist as long as the two Pokémon remain linked. The link will disappear if the user and the linked Pokémon are too far apart, if the user attempts to target another Pokémon, or by other factors.”
