After months of speculation, Krafton has finally released the PUBG New State trailer with the release date and gameplay details. Here is everything we know so far.
In February 2021, PUBG New State was announced alongside a cryptic announcement trailer, leaving fans hungry to discover more about the new survival game. In anticipation of the game’s release, the game’s developer, Krafton, recently stated that over 50 million pre-registrations have been completed on the Google Play Store, with pre-registration now being available on the App Store. When the game releases, pre-registered gamers will receive a special vehicle skin.
PUBG New State will be available in 17 languages as a free-to-play battle royale mobile game. The year 2051 will be the setting for the game. Krafton also announced its post-launch support plans for the game, which include a steady stream of fresh content, global service support, and anti-cheat measures, among other things. The game is expected to go through a final technical test on October 29 before going live.

PUBG New State adds a slew of new features to the battle royale formula that helped put the game on the map in the first place. Although the introduction trailer didn’t reveal many differences between PUBG New State and its predecessor, recently acquired alpha test footage hints at a few of the changes to come in the new game.
PUBG New State Release Date
The release date for PUBG New State for iOS and Android has been confirmed by Krafton as November 11, 2021. However, Krafton may choose to release the game first on Android, then on iOS. This is solely based on the BGMI implementation in India, which began earlier this year.
The company has also stated that the game would have four distinct maps once it launches. A new Troi map with a futuristic atmosphere will be included in the game, as will the renowned map, Erangel. The game mechanics and gunplay are claimed to be on par with the PC version of PUBG Battlegrounds. For New State, the aforementioned fan favourite Erangel has been “enhanced with futuristic twists.”
