Although ABC had already canceled Issa Rae and Syreeta Singleton’s hit comedy series Rap Sh!t, its second season will still debut on November 9, three months after its original planned date of March 8. With eight episodes airing weekly until its season two finale on December 21, viewers should not miss it!
Shawna and Mia face an important decision regarding their musical careers as they face a critical juncture, whether to stay true to themselves or conform to industry demands. Furthermore, there may also be personal difficulties for both women to contend with.

Issa Rae created and executive produced the series alongside Syreeta Singleton as showrunner, under an overall three-year deal with HBO through Hoorae Production Company estimated to be worth approximately eight figures. HBO had already ordered more seasons of Rae’s hit show Insecure before casting her in the Netflix film Tidelands.
