This provides a better understanding of respiratory fitness and also endurance as F1 drivers are subjected to a lot of high G-forces during a race.

The 22-year-old is one of the best in the business and needs to be in great shape ahead of another tough season.

Red Bull also have a lot of work to do for their new season, and recently confirmed that they will launch their car on 12 February 2020.
