Morrow Parish Safe is located in Dr.Morrow’s office. You have to land at the Losomn biome of Morrow Sanatorium. Get to the Asylum and you also have to collect three dolls to open Dr. Morrow’s Office Safe. You can find these three carved dolls in the second-floor, backyard, and the final one spawns on the third floor. Every doll is found in the asylum itself.

Once you collect all the dolls, get back to Dr. Morrow on the ground floor and also get the Morrow Parish Safe Code from here.
