Chris Pronger was the 2nd pick by the Hartford Whalers in the NHL 1993 draft. With a good performance, he was a part of the NHL All-Rookie Team. Chris Pronger played 81 games for Hartford Whalers. He moved to other teams including St. Louis Blues, Edmonton Oilers, Anaheim Ducks, and Philadelphia Flyers. In the 1995 NHL season, he moved to the St. Louis Blues and received $1,375,000 as an average salary.
