The summoning system in Rise of Eros can be accessed from the Summon section in the main game screen to recruit new Rise of Eros characters.
You will see different summoning banners when you enter, some of which will be available for a limited time. To perform summonings here, you must use Dream Crystals (in-game currency), and 180 Dream Crystals are required if you need to summon one character at a time, and 1800 Dream Crystals are required if you need to summon ten characters at a time.
However, the game guarantees both a relic and a persona (character) under the Normal Summon banner, and it is very unlikely that you will receive an SSR persona. This theory isn’t common to the Normal Summon banner, but it happened in the other banners. Therefore, in this situation, you will not be able to easily obtain the highest tier characters.
