Roger Federer might have announced recently that he would stop playing tennis at a professional level. However, he has mentioned that he would love to continue playing the sport.
We may get to see a clash of the legends as Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer are likely to clash in front of 80,000 fans at the newly renovated Santiago Bernabeu.
As per a tweet from ESPN FC, the soccer giants Real Madrid is willing to bring the two legends face-to-face at their home ground. The exhibition match will certainly see a huge number of fans coming to the stadium to watch their favorite icons in action.
Nadal is a die-hard Real Madrid fan and has often attended the team’s matches and spoken about his love for the team. He had also requested one of his matches be postponed so that he could watch a vital semifinal clash between Real Madrid and Manchester City. So Nadal would certainly have enormous support but the legendary Federer will also have a good number of fans rooting for him. The two stalwarts have won a combined 42 Grand Slam titles. They are two of the best players the sport has witnessed.
